Who we are

Skinglow Clinic is a trading name of TYCHE SKIN CLINIC LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13381968, at 16 Bridle Lane, St Margarets, Twickenham TW1 3EG. For anything on this page, contact [email protected].

What the enquiry form collects

The contact form asks for your first name, last name, phone number and email address, which treatment you are interested in, your main skin concern and your message. Those details are used to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to contact you about your appointments.

Your skin concern, and anything you tell us about your skin in your message, may be information about your health. We ask for it only so that Tetyana can give you a useful answer, and we use it only with your agreement, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by emailing us, and we will delete those details.

Form submissions are handled by our customer management system, which stores them on our behalf. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

Nothing that tracks you loads on this site until you choose. When you first arrive you are asked to accept or decline; the chat widget and any analytics load only if you accept, and your choice is remembered in your own browser.

If you decline, the site works exactly as it does otherwise. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Booking

Appointments are handled by GoHighLevel, our booking and customer management provider. Its live diary loads only after you choose an appointment. The booking form asks for your name, phone number, email address and any information you choose to add, and sends those details to GoHighLevel so the appointment can be created and confirmed.

Clinical records

Consultation notes and treatment records created at the clinic are held separately from this website, kept for as long as professional and insurance obligations require, and are not collected through these pages.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are kept while there is a live conversation and then removed. Client records are kept for the period our insurer and professional obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
